These before and after pictures show a snapshot of my work and how it can range. A simple room staging can make all the difference. Compare the after shots to the before shots and think which room are you more drawn to? The staged and luxurious master or the lived in one with dog bed in the picture? The vacant living room or the one with furniture that shows how much can fit in this space?

In quite a few of my before and after shots, I have simply used the seller's belongings and staged them to show the house in a better way. A lot of times staging is a low cost venture...it is just a matter of removing excess and finding the best way to show a room. In some cases a simple new bedding set can make all of the difference and in other situations it is best to show a room with furniture than to show a vacant space. The majority of the time though, it is better to spend some money to stage your home, than to lose money in dropping the price because it is not showing well.
