2 Hour In Home Consultation *Most Popular Option* - Staging Consultation by Professional Stager. Staging Report completed by Stager during consultation. Keep your house ready for sale with our Staging/Moving Tips - a few tips to be ready for a last minute showing. Neutral Paint Guide provided to assist in decision making, if necessary. Client is free to make as many changes as they wish based on recommendations. Stager can provide referrals for these services.

2 Hour In Home Consultation and "Occupied Home" Staging – 2 hour consultation by Professional Stager. Stager will fill out Staging Report during consultation. Stager will work to use client’s objects/furniture to stage the house (no heavy lifting). Stager can provide referrals for further services as suggested in report such as moving furniture, painting etc.. Keep your house ready for sale with our Staging/Moving Tips - a few tips to be ready for a last minute showing. Neutral Paint Guide provided to assist in decision making, if necessary.

2 Hour In Home Consultation and Vacant Home Staging - Professional Stager will develop a Staging Success Plan on consultation day, including measuring and taking pictures of the house. Stager will then source rental items (as needed) from rental company to furnish the house. If needed - linens (towels, curtains, bedding), lighting, and small décor items will be purchased* by stager. Stager will arrive on delivery day of the rental furniture/art and will stage the house with rental furniture, art, and purchased décor items. In the meantime client is encouraged to use Staging Success Plan for any further action as they wish based on recommendations, such as painting, organizing, decluttering, etc. Stager can provide referrals for these services.

$100/hr beyond initial 2 hours on day of consultation

$100/hr to source appropriate rental furniture/art. Contract will be between rental company and client. Client will pay the rental company directly for the monthly rental fee, delivery, pick-up, etc.

$100/hr + cost of items - sourcing and buying small décor items, linens (towels, curtains, bedding), and lighting.

All costs listed above invoiced as estimates on day of consultation. Invoice paid on day of consultation. (except for rental company contract). Any difference between estimated costs and actual costs will be paid or returned on day of staging.

$100/hr Staging Day – staging of house. Invoice paid on day of staging (+/- any difference from prior work estimates).
*Items bought by stager are pre-paid by client (costs are estimates). Items are bought with cash by stager then client is given all receipts on staging day. Client can choose to return items, keep items for their new house, or they can try to sell items to buyer.
